Ideal Teaching Assistant:
1. Good knowledge of Key Stage 2.
2. Minimum of 6 months experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK-based educational setting.
3. Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification is desirable.
4. Verifiable references from previous employers or placements.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Passion for education and supporting the learning journey of students.
