Think of it as a junior Account Executive role, youll be the first point of contact for our inbound prospects, running 15-minute qualification calls with leads who have already pre-booked meetings. Your job is to identify the best opportunities and then pass them on to our Account Directors to close. - No cold calling every conversation starts with inbound interest. - AE training from day one qualify, discover, and hand over to closers. - Clear 12-month plan to step into a full Account Executive role with £70K OTE. What Youll Be Doing - Running 15-minute discovery and qualification calls with inbound leads. - Managing a pipeline of 200300 warm prospects per month. - Passing the highest-value opportunities to Account Directors to close. - Working closely with senior sales leaders and shadowing AE calls to accelerate your learning.
