Overview
* Role: Senior Sales Negotiator
* Annual salary: £33,500 – £35,000 (FTE) with NAEA; realistic OTE £41,500 – £43,000, uncapped commission and referral bonuses
* Permanent, full‑time (35 hours per week)
* Schedule: 1 in 4 Saturdays; a day off in lieu the following week
* Base: Liverpool city centre office, hybrid working
Role
You’ll play a pivotal role within our Sales team, acting as the right hand to the Sales Manager and helping drive the success of the department. You’ll manage a high‑quality pipeline, conduct viewings, negotiate offers and build strong, lasting relationships with both vendors and buyers.
Responsibilities

* Identify referral opportunities for mortgage and conveyancing services.
* Achieve sales targets and maintain a commercial mindset.
Qualifications and Experience
* Ambitious, energetic, professional Sales Negotiator.
* 4 years’ estate agency experience in sales preferred; candidates with less experience but proven results considered.
* Confidence handling applicants and vendors, negotiating sales and generating referrals.
* Knowledge of shared ownership advantageous.
* NAEA desired; if not held, must be achieved within 12 months.
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle essential.
