Canolfan at Pentre Awel is a premier wellness and business hub within a new, mixed-use development located on the stunning coastline at the heart of the Millennium Coastal Park, adjacent to the expansive beaches of Llanelli. The 83-acre site is designed to provide a wide range of community and commercial services, focusing on leisure, health and wellness.
Due to open to the public imminently, Canolfan will house a leisure centre, with swimming pools, gym, sports facilities, hydrotherapy pool, and events spaces. The site will also house various local community services. It will serve as a base for public, private and third sector organisations including Hywel Dda University Health Board, Swansea University, and other further and higher education partners. The ground floor café invites visitors and tenants into the vibrant heart of the building, and there is on-site secure parking.
There will be flexible workspaces to let, offering high speed WiFi, meeting rooms and 24-hour access, all integrated around lush green parkland. More information can be found at the following website Pentre Awel .
The Business and Innovation Manager will play a key role in attracting tenants to want to be part of Canolfan and all of the opportunities it brings. In doing this, you will also ensure that the ambitions of Canolfan are achieved by making the most of the opportunities for tenants and prospective tenants to work together and maximise opportunities for business, innovation and research. We are looking for someone, who can bring others with them on our journey. You will possess excellent negotiation, persuasion and influencing skills, as well as well-developed communication and interpersonal skills. Above all, you will need energy, enthusiasm, commitment and confidence to achieve our ambitions to develop the business and innovation aspects of Canolfan going forward.
