HR Advisor (3-Month Contract, Leeds - Hybrid)
A values-driven People Team is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join on an iniital contract basis with a potential to go permanent. Based in Leeds this role is ideal for someone ready to make an immediate impact and support across the full employee lifecycle
Ideal candidates will have a strong HR foundation and be comfortable managing operational HR while contributing to broader projects.
Required experience and qualities:
Experience in a generalist HR role, including ER, policies, and payroll
Good knowledge of UK employment law
CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or equivalent experience)
High attention to detail, particularly with documentation and data
Proactive and organised with strong prioritisation skills
Comfortable using HRIS systems and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
Confident, clear communicator who can handle sensitive matters professionally
About You:
Previous HR generalist experience with strong ER knowledge
Solid grasp of UK employment law
CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or equivalent experience)
Detail-oriented, proactive, and confident working with data and HR systems
Clear communicator, comfortable handling sensitive issues
