Benefits Salary £32,000 per annum ( depending on experience) Open to Full-time or Part-time arrangements with salary pro-rated Fixed contract until 31st October 2026 Flexible working arrangements Responsibilities Act as a key point of contact for employee relations issues, ensuring timely and appropriate resolutions. Support the successful execution of the HR strategy across the site. Drive performance and talent management activities, aligning them with business goals. Upskill line managers to enhance their capability in developing and supporting their teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and improve HR practices and processes. Build capability, ensuring employees can efficiently access HR solutions. Qualifications Proven experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar HR role. Operational HR experience across core processes, including performance management, talent management, recruitment, employee relations, and organisational change. Strong influencing, communication, and networking skills. Analytical abilities to interpret and translate HR data effectively. Working knowledge of UK employment legislation (desirable). Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
