Contract Type: Fixed Term to 31 March 2026

About this opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Officer to work across our Family Help and Family Hub services to support the delivery of excellent, inclusive support to our families and children across Westmorland and Furness.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and highly organised individual to provide a high level of co-ordination and project oversight across a number of initiatives.

Who we are looking for

Do you have a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills and a proven track record of supporting the delivery of complex programmes of work? If so and you are keen to support the council to deliver excellent services and support to our families and children, we want to hear from you. You will need an awareness and understanding of Family Help and Family Hubs and the ability to engage and support colleagues and partners working across multiple services as well as our communities, families and children.
