Role Overview
As a Brand Activation Manager, based in Newcastle, you will focus on expanding distribution for our partners' oral nicotine products by building relationships with key decision-makers in the independent convenience retail sector. Your responsibilities include:
1. Researching and identifying new distribution points using various lead generation tactics.
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with independent retailers to promote oral nicotine products.
3. Enhancing brand presence through effective in-store activation and merchandising.
4. Providing excellent customer service.
5. Managing your time and territory efficiently to maximize productivity.
6. Keeping CRM systems updated.
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
* Full driving license
* Experience in B2B or B2C sales (internal or field sales)
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Outgoing personality and team-oriented attitude
* Effective time management skills
* Commercial mindset with a target-driven approach
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
