This is a full time, permanent position, working with colleagues to achieve a high standard of service to clients & contractors. We are looking for an experienced Hire Controller who preferably has previous experience within the Plant and Equipment Hire industry. Key Responsibilities: As a Hire Controller – Plant Hire, your duties would include: Great Telephone Manner Building Lasting Relationships with Repeat Customers Taking enquires, providing and following up on Quotations Taking On and Off Hire Calls Liaising with Service and Transport Departments Raising Contracts on Bespoke IT System Filing / Admin Tasks Resolve Customer Queries / Complaints Skills & Requirements: The ideal candidate for the Hire Controller – Plant Hire role will have: Previous Experience in One or More of The Following Roles: Hire Controller; Senior Hire Controller; Hire Assistant; Hire Manager; Hire Desk Manager; Hire Co-Ordinator, Rental Manager, Assistant Manager, Assistant Branch Manager within a Tool or Plant Hire Company Strong Commitment to Deliver Excellent Customer Service Organised with the Ability to Prioritise Multiple Tasks Excellent Time Management Skills Excellent Communication Skills IT Literate Undertake Other Duties Including Driving as Required Benefits: Within the role of Hire Controller – Plant Hire, you would receive: Monday - Friday, no weekend work Full Time Permanent Job 25 Days holiday Please follow the link to apply
