Senior Specialist of Reconciliation, Financial Reporting and Cash management operation team for Wealth Management Clients.

* Leads a team of administrators, directly managing a manager to agreed service levels with a customer-focused approach.

* Provides proactive and innovative solutions to customers.

* Is an advanced professional- leading medium to large projects or working on complex or high-profile issues that require a broad perspective, conceptual thinking, and in-depth analysis to identify solutions.

* Responsible for delivery of operational services to SS&C clients in line with Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators

* Secondary point of escalation for client and internal teams

* May also lead a process or function with direct reports.

* Management of workload and work queues, prioritising tasks to meet both external and internal deadlines, turnaround times and service standards whilst maintaining an appropriate quality standard

* Demonstrates a depth and breadth of expertise within a discipline, and has a deep understanding of the business, financials, products/services, or market.

* Develops policies and procedures, and recommends best practices. Advises and provides direction to more junior professionals.

* Well organized and methodical individual with experience of working to strict deadlines

* Excellent verbal reasoning and numeric skills

* Presents an appropriately professional image; communicates clearly, concisely, and diplomatically

* Problem solving and decision making skills over different levels of problems

Knowledge and Technical Skills

Specific knowledge, skills and qualifications needed to achieve required performance standards in a role.

Essential

* Knowledge of client money and CMAR reporting

* Knowledge of FCA regulatory environment

* Good keyboard skills to include MS Office packages & systems used within the business

* Good Verbal reasoning and numeric skills.

* 5 years business experience. Demonstrating an understanding of responsibilities within the Financial Services Industry. Desirable: Within TPA background

* A good understanding of reconciliations

* Excellent Communication, Planning, Prioritising & Organisational skills.

* IOC Qualifications obtained or willingness to study.

Desirable

* Knowledge of Hubwise/Bluedoor/Recon/AWD/Autorek

* CASS 6 & 7 & CMAR regulatory requirements
