Job Title: Temporary Student Liaison Officer Location: Solihull Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and approachable Student Liaison Officer to support our client in Solihull. The successful candidate will work face-to-face with college students, providing support, encouragement, and guidance to help them succeed in their studies and wider college life. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and group support for students to encourage positive learning experiences. Act as the main point of contact between students, staff, and external stakeholders. Monitor and record student progress, identifying and addressing barriers to learning. Promote a supportive, inclusive, and motivating environment for learners. Contribute to reports and administrative duties as required.Requirements: Must hold, or be willing and able to pass, an Enhanced DBS check. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and build rapport with young people. Organised, proactive, and supportive with a genuine interest in education.
