So what’s the job all about?
* Weigh and portion meat muscles to a specific, targeted weight. Arrange meat muscles in a precise order before loading them into the inox machine.
* Load tubes at the netting station. Change over tubes in the inox machines as required.
* Transport and stage all necessary packaging and stock for each production run. Maintain and uphold all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards throughout the production process.
