We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Technician to join our high:performing Operations team
Location: Birmingham, UK (Onsite Lab)
Duration: 12 Months (High potential for extension)
Pay Rate: GBP8: GBP13 per hour
Schedule: Mon : Fri, 08:00 : 16:30 (37.5 hours/week)
Your Impact
As a Manufacturing Technician II, you will ensure the seamless production of critical diagnostic products by:
* Independently managing your workload and production schedules.
* Controlling inventory and ensuring material readiness.
* Performing hands:on manufacturing tasks and equipment operations.
* Maintaining impeccable quality through SOP adherence and process checks
* Driving proactive process improvements.
Who Were Looking For
Education: GCSE level or equivalent. A relevant degree is highly preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of practical experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment is essential.
Technical Skills: Proven digital literacy (including MS Excel), strong documentation and communication skills, and proficiency with basic mathematical concepts and units of measurement.
Quality Focus: Demonstrated commitment to accuracy and a strong ability to identify and resolve operational issues quickly.
