Stripe Communications is on the hunt for an ambitious, smart-thinking Account Executive to join the team. If you want to work with incredible brands on creative campaigns that get people talking, this could be the role for you. We’re looking for someone who is bursting with enthusiasm and passion for making a difference to come and work with an amazing selection of clients. No single day will ever look the same, and the successful candidate will play an important role in delivering some BIG campaigns across an exciting mix of household brand names within the supportive structure of a team who are there to help you to be the best you can be every day. Stripe is part of Lumanity, a global consultancy with offices in London, Edinburgh, Utrecht, NYC, Boston & Philadelphia, ROLE IMPERATIVES Ideally would have a minimum of 6 x months experience working in agency or in-house, working on consumer brands An appetite to deliver stand out results for clients Attention to detail Good media contacts across traditional and new media outlets including print, broadcast and online An understanding of the news agenda and what makes a successful PR story Ability to prirotise and manage workload Experience of working as part of a collaborative team Passion, commitment and enthusiasm for what they do ROLE INCLUDES Helping to manage a busy Press Office to secure proactive media coverage, and handling reactive media enquiries Manage and oversee day to day account admin across clients Supporting the team in executing creative activations, plans and news hijacking ideas of behalf of clients Proactively pitch and secure media coverage that aligns with the clients’ objectives THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE A passion for PR and delivering great work for clients Strong writing and presentation skills Confidence and excellent communication skills A positive ‘can do’ attitude – a self-starter and team player, adept at working collaboratively An ability to think creatively We offer our employees a comprehensive benefits package that focuses on what matters to you – health and well-being, personal finances, professional development, and a healthy work/life balance: 27 days holiday bank holidays with extra days based on length of service (up to 9 p/y) Birthday day off / early Friday finish / monthly happy hour Fortnightly training / weekly coaching / leadership training programme Flexible and part time remote working Vitality Private Healthcare insurance Mental health wellbeing hub & counselling support Enhanced maternity & paternity pay Long service rewards Group Self Invested Personal Pension Plan / life insurance Cycle to work scheme Profit related bonus scheme
