We want You to help us providing the United Kingdom with more clean energy, especially with Battery Storage Solutions!
* Interface between our customers, Sungrow and Sungrow-Samsung SDI.
* Take ownership of dispatched customer issues.
* Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
* Run diagnosis on errors or technical problems.
* Deliver support and contribute service solutions for our customers.
* Perform all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks as well upgrades or rework activities.
* Support the Project Management during commissioning and site acceptance services.
* Follow operational procedures, processes and practices as defined, documented and consistently applied.
* Follow the applicable health and Safety instructions and regulations.
* Ensure up-to-date documentation, work instructions and processes for existing and coming service contracts and agreements.
* Support EMEA Service Management by feeding back frequent and analytical service reports with each job and make suggestions for corrective activities.
* Achieve consistent customer satisfaction ratings and respond appropriate to customer feedback on areas for improvement.
* Prepare documentations and work instructions.
* Participate in the claim management and RMA process.
* Documentation for QA, customer feedback and analysis support.
* Take over randomly on call duties, partly on weekends and nights.
Your profile
* Education as Electrical technician or Engineer.
* Experience with Battery Storage solutions is beneficial but not mandatory.
* Experience in claim handling, solution finding and execution.
* Experience dealing with customers in critical situations.
* Ability to work independently and structured in an international environment.
* Strong customer orientation, good discipline, team spirit and self-motivation.
* Fluent English language skills (spoken and written).
* Good knowledge of MS Office and comparable software tools.
* Driving license.
* Willing to work on call duty AND to travel.
* Work out of Sungrow UK and home office.
