Key Responsibilities: Full commercial control of your projects, ensuring profitability and compliance. Monthly site visits to track progress and issue timely payment certificates. Valuation and reporting of all billable works to support strong cash flow. Proactive cost monitoring, forecasting, and identifying opportunities to maximise value. Clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders on all financial matters. Contractual management including variations and compliance tracking. Essential: 5+ years experience in a Quantity Surveying role within a main contractor. Proven ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and autonomy. Expertise in NEC contracts (JCT knowledge a plus). Strong commercial judgement and negotiation skills. Proficient in Estimating and QS software (CostX preferred). Full UK Driving Licence.
