Customer Services Executive
Hybrid – Office based in Polegate (hybrid working will be offered once fully trained)
Mon – Friday – 37.5 hrs per week (either a 8.30 – 5.00pm or 9.00am – 5.30pm shift)
Atlas Recruitment Group is recruiting an experienced Customer Services Executive with an advanced Admin background to join an established, global professional team. You will provide excellent customer operational service to manage all requests and issues, including dispatch responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent Customer Service at all times.
* Accurately input information onto the service management system.
* Raise customer quotes as appropriate and obtain purchase orders from customers for chargeable jobs.
* Regularly check the progression of jobs to ensure service level agreements are met.
* Provide phone support to engineers in the field.
* Work towards Department KPIs and company goals.
* Comply with the company’s business procedures (ISO).
* Log information into external customer portals as required.
* Monitor and manage all mailboxes as required.
* Schedule and allocate engineer’s work efficiently, ensuring the correct skill levels are used and H&S policies are followed.
* Handle travel arrangements and hotel bookings, maintaining cost-effective practices.
* Raise job numbers for service installs and future work, updating the company database.
* Maintain up-to-date spreadsheets with machine details and address changes.
* Inform engineers of upcoming work schedules.
* Provide constant feedback to the Team Leader to ensure effective scheduling.
