FM Conway has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and people focused Customer Service Supervisor to join our Aggregates and Asphalt division. As our Customer Service Supervisor, you will lead a team of Customer Service Advisors ensuring all customer enquiries are handled efficiently and to the highest standard. Working closely with the Service Delivery Supervisor, you'll oversee daily team operations, support customer relationships, and drive a culture of service excellence across the department. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our head office in Sevenoaks, working Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30.
The duties of the Customer Service Supervisor role will include:
- Leading, motivating and supporting the Customer Service team to deliver a first class service
- Overseeing daily workloads, ensuring all customer orders and enquiries are processed accurately and on time
- Building strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and resolving any issues efficiently
- Working closely with planning and operational teams to coordinate customer orders and delivery schedules
- Managing customer escalations and identifying opportunities to improve service and processes
