Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Hot Tub Maintenance Supervisor to lead the day‑to‑day management of hot tub operations across our resort. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong technical knowledge and leadership skills to play a key role in ensuring guests enjoy a safe, relaxing, and high‑quality experience during their stay. This is a permanent full‑time position working 40 hours per week over 5 days, with a competitive salary.
Responsibilities
* Supervising the daily operation and maintenance of all hot tubs across the resort.
* Ensuring water quality meets required health and safety standards through regular testing and treatment.
* Carrying out cleaning, draining and refilling of hot tubs in line with company procedures.
* Diagnosing faults and performing basic repairs, escalating more complex issues when required.
* Leading, training and supporting the maintenance team to ensure high standards are consistently met.
* Maintaining accurate records of water testing, maintenance checks and compliance documentation.
* Monitoring stock levels of chemicals, parts and equipment, and ordering as required.
* Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health and safety regulations.
* Responding promptly to guest queries or issues, delivering excellent customer service.
* Liaising with other departments to support smooth park operations.
Requirements
* Right to work in the United Kingdom.
* Previous experience in hot tub, pool maintenance or a similar technical role is desirable.
* Strong knowledge of water hygiene, chemical handling and health & safety standards (training can be provided).
* Experience supervising or leading a team is desirable.
* A hands‑on, practical approach with good problem‑solving skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
* A positive attitude and commitment to high standards of guest experience.
* The ability to work flexibly.
* A full UK driving licence (desirable depending on park requirements).
