* Experience working on drainage design projects across public, private, and third sectors in the UK
* Competency in UK standards such as DRMB, TSRGD, Manual for Street, MCHW, CDM, and local authority standards
* Ability to design all aspects of drainage from concept to detailed design
* Experience with drainage design interfaces (e.g., highways, rail, geotechnical, environmental, structural)
* Skills in preparing reports, specifications, and analyzing data for technical reports
* Ability to work independently within your area of expertise
* Leadership skills to manage project teams and mentor junior staff
* Willingness to travel within the region if required
* A relevant qualification in Engineering/Technical discipline or equivalent UK experience
* Professional membership or accreditation with an industry-recognized body
* Legal right to work in the UK
* Knowledge of hydraulic modelling software such as Micro Drainage
* Proficiency in AutoCAD / Civil3D or similar tools
* Familiarity with 3D design tools and BIM
* Experience with S278, S38, S104, and S106 design and applications
* A full UK driving license
