Job Description
Join a renowned housing practice in Central London as a Technical Architect and play a pivotal role in delivering innovative, sustainable residential projects. The studio is seeking a proactive, detail oriented professional with strong Revit skills and proven experience across RIBA Stages 3 to 5.
Responsibilities
* Lead technical design and delivery of housing schemes from developed design through to construction
* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure robust technical solutions
* Produce and review detailed Revit models, drawings, and specifications
* Oversee compliance with building regulations, planning conditions, and sustainability targets
* Support site delivery, including responding to RFIs and attending site meetings
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative studio culture
Skills & Experience
1. Qualified Architect (ARB) or Technologist (CIAT) with significant housing experience
2. Proficient in Revit, with a portfolio demonstrating technical excellence
3. Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction detailing
4. Fire Safety knowledge, experience working on cladding remediation highly desirable
