In this role, you will lead formulation development from concept to production scale-up, manage day-to-day factory operations, and oversee compliance with EU and US cosmetic, toy, and chemical regulations. You'll collaborate closely with product development, production, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth launches and continuous improvement across manufacturing processes. This role would suit a Technical Production Manager, Formulation Chemist, or Manufacturing Lead from a cosmetic, chemical, or FMCG background who is passionate about technical excellence, process optimisation, and bringing fun, safe products to market.
