A well-established Financial Planning firm in Brighton is seeking an Administrator to join its Client Support team. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in financial services, working closely with Advisers, Paraplanners, and Team Leaders in a collaborative and professional environment.
The role is fully office-based, offering excellent training, exam support, and genuine career development opportunities.
As an Administrator, you will play a key role in managing the client lifecycle from start to finish, ensuring a seamless client experience and supporting the advice team.
To Be Considered For This IFA Admin Position
* At least 1 year’s experience in financial services administration
* Knowledge of Intelligent Office (IO) is advantageous
* Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to manage workload effectively and prioritise client requests
* Eagerness to continue personal and professional development
