As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a talented and driven Marketing Manager to take the lead in executing and evolving our marketing strategies across both Granada Secondary Glazing and Clearview Secondary Glazing. This is a unique, standalone role where you will have the opportunity to shape and drive our marketing efforts, elevate our brand, and directly contribute to our business success.
Scope & Purpose of the Role:
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and executing innovative marketing campaigns that raise brand awareness, engage customers, and support our sales objectives. You will take ownership of our marketing strategy, working closely with senior leaders to align initiatives with company goals and ensure impactful outcomes. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for both creative and analytical marketing, looking to make a tangible impact in a fast-growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
* New Product launch: be the driving force behind our brand new products, creating brand awareness and working closely with our Sales team.
* Strategy Development: Create and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives, market trends, and customer insights.
* Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, email, and social media), ensuring consistent messaging and measurable success.
* Digital Marketing: Manage the company’s online presence, focusing on SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing to boost web traffic, lead generation, and conversions.
* Brand Management: Ensure our brand is consistently represented across all platforms, developing brand guidelines and driving initiatives to enhance recognition and loyalty.
* Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities, refine target audience segments, and stay ahead of industry trends.
* Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with company-wide goals.
* External Partnerships: Manage relationships with external agencies or freelancers to execute campaigns and enhance our digital presence through high-quality back-links.
* Event Planning: Oversee the planning and execution of company events and trade shows, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
* Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximising ROI.
Requirements:
* An all around marketing professional, someone with drive and passion for all things marketing.
* Proven experience in marketing management or a similar role, with a strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels.
* Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, social media management tools).
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Self-motivated, driven, and capable of managing multiple projects in a standalone role.
* Strong leadership and project management skills, with a creative, results-oriented approach.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and continuously optimise marketing strategies.

This role is office based, Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm. Salary is negotiable for the right candidate.
