What you will do: The role requires someone with proven experience supporting a Founder, Chairman, or equivalent C-suite leader within finance, and the confidence to act as gatekeeper and trusted partner in a fast-moving, high-profile environment. You will manage an ever-changing diary across multiple time zones, coordinate complex international travel (including private aviation), and oversee high-profile events and dinners, ensuring flawless execution and discretion at all times. You will also be responsible for research projects, stakeholder liaison, and maintaining strong relationships with VIPs, clients, and senior contacts, while balancing competing demands with sound judgement and absolute confidentiality.
