You will be representing the company, ensuring professional and efficient operation of the front of house while always providing an exceptional level of customer service. Responsibilities: Answering inbound calls. Face to face customer service. Answering customer enquiries via phone and email. General admin duties. Updating internal systems with accurate information. Experience: Customer service experience. Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Packages Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent time management, administration, and organisational skills. Experience in the motor trade would be a huge advantage.
