About the Role
You will report into the Finance Business Partner to ensure financial and regulatory compliance across multiple operational sites in Greater London.
You will also:
• Review internal controls, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure financial documentation meets statutory and organisational standards.
• Assist managers in implementing best practices and develop checklists and guidelines for a consistent approach.
• Train operational teams on financial policies.
• Assist in rolling out new financial systems and process improvements.
• Support internal and external audit preparations.
• Represent finance during site visits and report findings to stakeholders.
