Our client is a fast-growing digital transformation consultancy, trusted by mid-market and enterprise organisations across the UK to lead complex CRM and commercial change programmes. They specialise in replacing outdated, fragmented systems with scalable, integrated platforms — enabling operational clarity, streamlined processes, and measurable business outcomes.
As projects grow in scale and complexity, they’re now looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead discovery, requirements gathering, and process design for large-scale transformation initiatives.

SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST ROLE:
In this role, you’ll partner with senior stakeholders — from scale-ups to FTSE 250 firms — to uncover complex business requirements, map current and future processes, and ensure delivery teams have a clear blueprint for success.
You’ll lead discovery workshops, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and produce detailed documentation that drives solution architecture and build. While not hands-on with system configuration, your work will directly shape technical delivery and project outcomes.
KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
* 4+ years in a Business Analyst role, ideally within consultancy or professional services
* Proven track record leading workshops and engaging with C-level executives
* Strong background in business process mapping & requirements gathering
* Experience with transformation projects in CRM, ERP, or operational systems
* Skilled in producing user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation
* Proficiency with process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Miro, Visio)
* Commercially aware and confident influencing stakeholders at all levels
* Understanding of B2B sales, marketing, and customer success processes preferred
