Lead the Classroom Support Learning Across Local Schools
Looking for a school-based role that offers flexibility, variety, and the chance to make a real impact? As a Cover Supervisor, youll step into the classroom to deliver pre-planned lessons, maintain a positive learning environment, and support studentswithout the responsibility of planning or marking.

What Youll Be Doing
* Supervising classes during teacher absences
* Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials to students
* Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a calm, productive environment
* Supporting students with their work and encouraging engagement
* Following school policies and working collaboratively with staff
* Adapting quickly to different subjects, year groups, and school settings
What Were Looking For
* Experience working with young people (school experience is a bonus)
* Strong classroom management and communication skills xsngvjr
* Confident, adaptable, and reliable approach
* Ability to engage and motivate secondary-age students
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
