* Strong ability to interpret technical drawings, project specifications, and contracts.
* Proficient use of industry-standard tools, software, and technologies for cost estimation.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience in construction or engineering industries is highly desirable.
* Working knowledge of project management and scheduling principles is a plus.
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
