With over 50 years of industry expertise, this family-run business has grown significantly in recent years, now operating from four sites across the UK. Representing premier brands such as Case Construction, Terex Ecotec, and Keestrack, the company delivers on customer requirements for all Earthmoving and Recycling needs. Following rapid expansion, the team is now seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join the New Parts department.
The Role
Reporting directly to the New Parts Manager and working within a customer-focused, results-driven sales team, the successful candidate will be based at the head office in Barnsley. This is a proactive external sales role, not just order-taking, and will involve identifying new opportunities, developing relationships, and achieving agreed revenue and customer satisfaction targets. Responsibilities include:
* Delivering a high level of service to customers through understanding requirements and responding promptly to requests
* Progressing orders efficiently and accurately
* Providing expert advice and solutions to customers
* Actively seeking new business opportunities and building long-term relationships
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be adaptable, driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a fast-paced, committed sales team. Key requirements include:
* A proven track record in Parts Sales (knowledge of the heavy plant market advantageous)
* Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
* Ability to work to challenging targets with passion and determination
* IT literacy and accuracy in completing documentation

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
