Duties:
11. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the aftersales department, including service, parts, and bodyshop areas
12. Lead, motivate, and develop the aftersales team to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction
13. Implement and monitor departmental processes to optimise efficiency and profitability
14. Drive customer retention through excellent service delivery and relationship management
15. Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations
16. Support the Aftersales Manager in strategic planning and departmental growth initiatives
17. Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed within the department
Requirements:
18. Extensive experience within a franchise main dealer service department, ideally in a supervisory capacity
19. Strong knowledge of DMS systems
20. Proven track record in managing and developing teams
21. Excellent communication and organisational skills
22. Full UK manual driving licence with minimal penalty points
23. Professional attitude with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
