About the Role
As a Trampoline Coach, you will help develop customers' gymnastics skills using our equipment. You will plan and prepare engaging, progressive lesson plans and oversee Assistant Coaches in delivering these plans. Staying updated with British Gymnastics guidelines will ensure your pupils receive the best training and achieve their goals and badges. About You
You should have a background in the fitness industry, specifically in gymnastics and/or trampoline coaching. Experience in writing lesson plans and knowledge of current coaching techniques are essential. Good interpersonal skills to motivate pupils and discuss progress with them and their parents are also required.
