Job Overview:
The Fractional Demand Generation Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns that drive awareness, interest, and conversions for our products/services. This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and a deep understanding of digital marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Strategy Development:
- Design and implement multi-channel demand generation strategies to attract and engage potential customers.
- Identify target audience segments and tailor messaging to meet their needs.
2. Lead Generation:
- Create and optimize landing pages, forms, and other lead capture tools to maximize conversion rates.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
3. Content Creation:
- Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies) that resonates with target audiences and drives traffic.
- Develop engaging email marketing campaigns that compel recipients to take action.
4. Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., click-through rates, conversion rates, ROI) to assess effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments.
- Prepare regular reports to communicate results and insights to stakeholders.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with sales, product, and content teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Participate in strategy meetings and provide expert insights on demand generation trends and best practices.
6. Market Research:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to inform marketing activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with a talent for storytelling.
- Ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and PPC advertising.
