The role
As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a central role in shaping and executing innovative digital strategies for our healthcare clients. Leveraging data‑driven insights and audience‑first thinking, you will lead the development and delivery of impactful social and digital campaigns across a range of therapeutic areas.
In this role, you will oversee the integration of paid, earned, and owned channels, champion digital best practices, and seek new trends, tools, and technologies. You will also mentor colleagues and foster a culture of learning and innovation within the team.
Key Responsibilities
 * Develop integrated, audience‑first, data‑driven digital strategies supporting awareness, engagement, education, and reputation goals.
 * Collaborate with healthcare communications experts to concept, create and refine compliant, impactful, and creatively ambitious social media and digital‑first content.
 * Work with data & analytics teams to translate audience insights into actionable strategies and tactical plans.
 * Partner with paid media specialists to integrate distribution into campaign strategies and align channel mix, targeting, and KPIs.
 * Act as an integrated partner across practices to ensure consistent digital thinking and delivery standards.
 * Contribute digital thinking to proposals, pitches, and new business efforts.
 * Lead the delivery of digital campaigns across social media, paid media, websites, influencer programs, and emerging channels.
 * Track performance and optimise campaigns, turning data into clear narratives and recommendations.
 * Explore new channels, platforms, formats, technologies, and tools to enhance digital thinking.
 * Stay informed on digital trends, platform updates, and emerging tech, especially AI and immersive tech.
 * Mentor colleagues and champion digital upskilling.
About You
 * Digitally fluent communicator with experience in healthcare communications and a passion for digital and social media excellence.
 * Excited by evolving digital landscape, including AI tools, generative search, conversational AI, immersive experiences.
 * Minimum 4 years of experience in digital/social media strategy and execution in healthcare PR or agency environment.
 * Experience across HCPs, patients, policy makers, regulators, and channels such as social media, paid, and HCP specialist platforms.
 * Understanding of healthcare compliance frameworks and regulations.
 * Proven track record of managing multichannel campaigns from conception to execution.
 * Right to work in the UK and able to work in our Bankside office at least 3 days per week.
