Base pay range
Up to £35,000/year
What you’ll bring
* Experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or fast-paced IT service desk
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
* Good grasp of Windows OS support and basic networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to problem-solve, prioritise, and adapt in a busy environment
Nice to have
* Familiarity with ITSM platforms (Halo, Autotask, ServiceNow)
* Experience using RMM tools for monitoring & remote support
* ITIL awareness or certification
* Microsoft Fundamentals certifications (MS-900, AZ-900, SC-900)
