Mobile SMART Repairer / Paint Sprayer required for our Client's busy Smart Repair Business located in Reading.
Benefits
* Basic Salary starting at £33,000, potential up to £45,000 with bonuses
* OTE of £45,000+ annually
* Working hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
* Use of company van (taken home), latest equipment, ongoing training & support

Duties
* Repairing damaged vehicles in line with the Manufacturer's specifications
* Carrying out Smart Repairs
* Following safety procedures
* Detecting and diagnosing any additional faults for further repair
* Interacting with colleagues and customers to discuss repair work carried out
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' SMART repair experience OR Paint Spraying background
* Proven ability to deliver high-quality cosmetic vehicle repairs including wheels, bumpers, and bodywork
* Excellent customer service and People Skills
* Full UK driving license and clean driving record
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on the road
