Responsibilities
* Research and identify potential clients across sectors including hospitality, contract catering, healthcare, education, and facilities management
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales leads
* Identify key decision-makers, contract timelines, and service needs within target organisations
* Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and telephone to generate interest and arrange meetings
* Support the sales team with market intelligence and competitor insights
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system
* Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align outreach activity
Requirements
* Experience in a lead generation, sales research, or business development support role
* Strong research, analytical, and data-gathering skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator with the ability to engage professionally with prospects
* Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Experience within facilities management, commercial cleaning, or catering environments is advantageous but not essential
