We are an e-commerce and wholesale company that specialises in corrugated paper board-based food packaging (primarily pizza boxes, kraft paper bags, fast-food takeaway boxes) retailing a high volume of products through our online store and other online ecommerce platforms as well as direct B2B bulk sales to Cash & Carry Wholesalers
The successful candidate will require experience in e-commerce and customer service roles.
Your role will include:
- Managing & creating product listings on e-commerce platforms
- Responding to Live chat messages, email & telephone enquiries
- Regular pricing reviews against competitors
- Dealing with customer complaints
- Fully manage customer returns
- Manage our relationship with our courier companies - prepare courier labels, arrange collections, resolve any delivery issues
- Managing our social media accounts and online marketing
