Our client a leading specialist in bespoke fitted furniture based in Belfast is searching for a sales consultant for their established growing business
Are you a confident closer with a passion for design and delivering exceptional customer experiences?
Do you thrive in face-to-face sales and love turning ideas into tailored solutions?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading brand, selling bespoke fitted furniture directly to customers in their homes.
What Youll Be Doing:
* Managing the full sales cycle from initial consultation to final design
* Meeting clients face-to-face to understand their needs and build trust
* Turning warm leads into sales through a consultative, solution-focused approach
* Using visuals and design tools to bring ideas to life
* Managing your own pipeline and schedule flexibility & autonomy
* Working towards (and exceeding) personal sales targets
Whats On Offer:
* Generous base salary + uncapped commission realistic OTE £40K+
* Car allowance £300 per month

What we are Looking For:
* 3+ years' experience in face-to-face or consultative sales
* Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding targets
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Organised, self-motivated, and proactive
* Full UK driving licence + own vehicle
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
