Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day management of extra care schemes, ensuring safe, high-quality personal care delivery.
Recruit, develop, and retain a care team aligned to service demand and regulatory requirements.
Maintain compliance with internal quality standards, regulators, and contract holders.
Oversee staffing levels, documentation, and operational processes to ensure continuity of care.
About You
Proven experience managing regulated care services within community or extra care settings.
Strong working knowledge of CQC standards and statutory care frameworks.
Experience overseeing staffing, budgets, and operational performance.
