The Muncey Group is seeking relationship-driven, service-oriented real estate professionals who thrive in a collaborative, client-first environment. As a Sales Partner, you will leverage our team-based model, strong local brand, and proven systems to grow your business while providing seamless, white-glove experiences for clients. Your Responsibilities
* Lead buyer and seller consultations, create pricing evaluations, and advise on home preparation strategies.
* Host open houses and private showings, providing exceptional client-facing service.
* Generate and manage leads through networking, community involvement, referrals, and team systems.
* Write and negotiate offers, guiding clients through every step of the transaction process.
* Proactively communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to deliver a seamless and stress-free experience.
* Collaborate with the team on listing preparation, marketing initiatives, and client appreciation events.
* Maintain post-closing relationships to build a long-term referral network.
What You Bring
* Active Massachusetts real estate license (2+ years preferred)
* Strong communication skills, polished professional presence, and a client-first mindset
* Commitment to team collaboration, accountability, and responsiveness
* Comfort with or willingness to learn CRMs, Compass tools, and AI-driven systems
* Proven ability to manage negotiations, client expectations, and complex transactions
* A growth mindset and drive to expand your business while contributing to the team’s success

Compensation
Commission-based, with the expectation that full-time agents can achieve six-figure earnings.
Location
Greater Boston Area, with a primary focus on Jamaica Plain, Roslindale, West Roxbury, Dedham, Newton, Brookline and expanding metro-west suburbs.
