Gas Site Supervisor

Dodd Group requires an experience Gas Site Supervisor to help run one of Dodd Groups biggest clients. The right candidate will be and would have had experience working within the social housing sector.
The Gas Site Supervisor provides leadership and is responsible for (although not limited to):
* Supervision and leadership of the labour on site and the site supervisor
* Ensuring site safety is maintained.
* Overseeing productivity of the Sub-Contractors and directly employed Staff.
* Keeping up with their own workload and productivity on site and in the office.
* Quality control
* Solving issues that arise on site in a calm and measured way.
* Walking around the jobs and identifying rectification works if required.
* Reporting directly to the contract manager.
* Build and maintain a good working relationship with the client and merchants.
* Attend monthly client meetings.
* As a key participant in the relationship with the Company, Sub-Contractors and the Client.
The Gas Site Supervisor has specific areas of responsibility (although not limited to):
* Keeping in communication with Managers / office Staff and client.
* The site supervisor will assign tasks to the Directly Employed Staff and Sub-Contractors, along with discussing all stages of work with the Manager team.
* The Site Supervisor will complete either a site diary or daily report sheets every day to keep an accurate record of both who is on site and what tasks have been undertaken each day.
* Maintaining work standards on site.
* Prioritising work to ensure smooth delivery of works
The Following is required
* Previous experience of social housing is essential and must hold an ACS qualification with the following.
* A full UK Driving License.
* SMSTS (would be advantageous).
* IT Literate including an understanding of Excel.
* Good communication and people skills
