Responsibilities

* Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the nursing staff.
* Maintain accurate records of patient care and progress.
* Ensure cleanliness and safety in the living environment.
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure high-quality care.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
* Knowledge of care plans and home care practices is advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
