Overview
Join Unique Community Services to provide compassionate, high-complex mental health care at home for people with behavior that challenges and personality disorders in Liverpool, Manchester, Bolton, Blackpool, Warrington and Stoke-on-Trent. We are looking for dedicated Healthcare Support workers to lead the delivery of person-centered mental health services directly in people’s homes, ensuring care is both effective and reflective of our community values.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide mobility support, including basic moving and handling.
* Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
* Help with meal preparation, nutrition, hydration, and maintaining a clean environment.
* Offer companionship, emotional support, and, when needed, financial assistance.
* Administer medication and maintain accurate documentation and records.
Required Qualifications & Experience
* One year of previous experience in healthcare settings, in community or home-based care.
* Experience in managing complex health needs, with a focus on mental health, autism, learning disabilities and working with diverse populations.
* Driving license is essential for community work and transport of the people we support.
* PMVA training is required.
* Experience supporting people with complex health needs.
