Job description
My client a leading public sector organisation based in Belfast is currently seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join their team.
Hours: 25hrs per week (various - 8-6, 8-2 and 12-6 depending on site / day that requires cover)
Must be flexible to work across various sites- across all of the Wellbeing and Treatment Centre's - Arches, Beech Hall, Bradbury, Carlisle, Crumlin Road, Grove, Knockbreda, Shankill.
Pay: £ per hour to include unsocial rates of pay.
Main Duties:
Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Products including Word.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Effective communication skills to meet the needs of the post in full.
4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language and Maths or equivalent and 1 years' experience in a public facing admin and clerical role
OR
2 years' experience in a public facing admin and clerical role.
