Hours
Full time and part time available. Harmless operates a 4-day working model with full time staff working 32 hours per week.
Salary
£23,812 per annum, pro rata, rising to £24,841 per annum, pro rata, on successful completion of a probationary period.

Main Purpose and Scope of the Job
Harmless and the Tomorrow Project are non-profit organizations specializing in self-harm, suicide prevention, and mental health. We offer support, information, training, and consultancy services to individuals who self-harm or are at risk, their families, those bereaved by suicide, and supporting professionals.
Responsibilities
* Perform administrative duties supporting the clinical team, including processing referrals, correspondence, setting appointments, and managing documents.
* Support clinical operations to meet KPIs and contractual obligations.
* Maintain clinical records and filing systems.
* Handle incoming calls and emails professionally and sensitively.
* Coordinate appointments and support data collection and evaluation.
* Assist with marketing activities including social media and blog posts.
* Follow policies and ensure client safety and confidentiality.
* Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.

Knowledge and Experience
* Knowledge of office procedures.
