Depending on the shifts you choose to pick up, you could earn anything up to £32,000 per annum! A successful Nursery Practitioner working with Randstad will be responsible for:
* Championing the social and emotional development of children aged 0 to pre-school
* Adapting quickly and efficiently to each new nursery setting you support
* Working collaboratively with the core team and other agency staff to ensure the smooth running of the room and an excellent child experience
* Ensuring children are kept safe at all times, including during drop off, pick up and outings
* Maintaining a professional manner and adhering meticulously to the National Care Standards
* Working to a flexible schedule with varied shift patterns - you set the pace!
* Effectively managing your diary and bookings
To be successful in your Nursery Practitioner application, you will need:
* To be fully qualified with an SVQ 3, HND, or equivalent
* To demonstrate flexibility in the roles you undertake
* Excellent, clear, and effective communication skills
* To be a member of the PVG scheme
* Full driving licence (Desirable, but highly advantageous for Stirling travel)
