Job Description: Night Supervisor at Resorts World

Role Overview: Night Supervisor
You will lead and inspire a passionate night team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as Duty Manager and primary contact during the night in the absence of the Night Manager.
2. Handle walk-in guests, resolve guest concerns, and address incidents during shifts.
3. Prepare night audit reports as required.
4. Supervise and lead the hotel team across all departments during night shifts.
5. Support guest arrivals and departures, maintaining high service standards.
6. Ensure health & safety and other company policies are consistently met and understood by the team.
Skills and Experience:
* Previous hotel reception experience is essential.
* Operational knowledge of Night Audit/Hotel Reception procedures and Opera Cloud.
* Effective communication skills, able to work under pressure, and build positive relationships.
* Passionate about team engagement, inspiration, and development.
* Understanding of hotel compliance regarding Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, and Liquor Licensing.
* Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and night shifts.
