✓ Be based within reach of Poole, or willing to relocate
✓ Have full right to work in the UK (confirm with recruiter if sponsorship required)
✓ Be available to start on 1 September 2026
What You’ll Be Doing
You will support advisers and clients across all aspects of financial planning including:
Years 1–2: Foundations
• Study for and complete the CII Diploma in Financial Planning (fully funded)
• Assist in building client financial plans based on goals and circumstances
• Gather information from providers to assess client situations
• Learn investment, retirement and tax-efficient structuring options
• Use professional client management systems and compliance processes
• Prepare research and written reports with recommendations
• Provide day-to-day support in client delivery and advice preparation
Years 3–4: Progression to Adviser
• Complete advanced qualifications (Chartered Financial Planner route)
• Take responsibility for developing and presenting advice
• Manage workflow to deliver excellent client service
• Begin building regional client networks and supporting business development
• Prepare for internal assessment to confirm competency as a Financial Planner
You’ll develop the technical and relationship skills needed for long-term success in the profession.
Training & Development
• Fully funded CII qualifications to Chartered level
